Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sterling Johns Apparel, every item is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Incorrect sizes received
  • Damaged or defective items

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us at jones1sterlyn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Proof of issue (such as photos) may be required

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (if correct size was delivered)
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies:

  1. Contact us at jones1sterlyn@gmail.com with your order details
  2. Provide photos (if item is damaged/defective)
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement

Final Note

All items are produced individually for each order, which is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
