How does print-on-demand work?
Every piece is produced only after you order it. That means less waste and a fresh, made-for-you item every time. Production takes 2–4 business days before shipping.
When will my order arrive?
After the 2–4 day production window, standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it leaves the facility.
What sizing should I order?
All fits are gender-neutral and true to size for a clean, comfortable silhouette. Please check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for damaged items or incorrect sizes received within 7 days of delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We do not offer free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
